Extended Care
Extended care is available at an additional cost.
AM Care: 8:00 – 9:00
($7.00 per day/$35 per week)
PM Care: 4:00 – 5:15
($10.00 per day/$40 per week)
There is no camp on Canada Day (July 1) and on the Civic Holiday (August 5). Tisha B’Av falls during the week of Specialty Camps- there WILL be camp on Tisha B’Av (August 13).
Payment Policy
A deposit of $400 per camper is due upon submission of each camper application, which includes a non-refundable $200 application fee. The remaining $200 is refundable up until December 31, 2023.
Children are officially enrolled in camp only once the deposit is received by the office. Spots will not be reserved for campers until the deposit is paid.
Second payment is due by Feb. 15, 2024, and the final payment due by May 15, 2024. No refunds after May 31, 2024.
Final payment of the remaining balance is due on May 15, 2023. Flash sale and early bird discounts will only be honoured by families who have paid in full by May 15, 2023.
Refund Policy
If you choose to cancel your enrollment for any or all of your camp sessions by May 1, 2023, payments will be refunded in full. (excluding the application fee).
If you choose to cancel your enrollment following May 31, 2023, there will be no refunds on camp fees.
There are no refunds for missed days of camp due to short-term illness or injuries resulting in absence of 3 or less missed days. In the event of illness of injury prior to or during the session resulting in 4 or more days absent from camp, the Camp Director may request a written request accompanied by a mandatory Doctor’s note for a 50% credit of the missed days.
If a family is given credit for missed days, this credit is non-transferrable (cannot be used by anyone outside the immediate family) and must be used within the summer following when the credit was given.

Second child discount: $100 off full summer
Third child discount: $200 off full summer
Fourth child discount: $400 off full summer.
New Family Referral Discount
Receive $50 per new family referred. Limit to 3 new families for Summer 2024.
*All discounts will be prorated for fewer weeks (must be signed up for 4 weeks or more)
*No discounts or credit from previous summers apply to Specialty Camps and MBT Trips. Discounts/credit are only applied to regular camp tuition.
